The ALSO® course combines short targeted teaching with high-yield skill stations and realistic simulations, followed by structured debriefing.

Day 1 — Foundations & Core Skills

  • Orientation and team roles
  • Emergency algorithms and communication
  • Skill stations (hemorrhage, dystocia, hypertensive emergencies)
  • Fetal surveillance (EFM + intermittent auscultation)
  • Case-based simulations with debriefing

Day 2 — Simulations & Final Exam

  • Integrated obstetric emergency simulations
